When my wife and I got married we used a large studio which told us that they'd be sending photographers and videographers to our Brooklyn wedding. We weren't comfortable with this and insisted that we meet them via Zoom. They were actually two very nice guys, but we knew they didn't really know us, our story and our relationship at all. They also didn't know what we valued on our wedding (not their fault).  
When I started my business 5 years ago, I decided that I wanted all my clients to have the comfort of feeling a personal connection and someone who understands them and the nuances of their relationships and family dynamics. With an advanced degree in psychology, I use an approach that helps us to connect.
